Times Square, NYC
Requirements: Carrier-Neutral Host Commissioning – Deploy and commission carrier radio equipment into a 3PO. JMA TEKO DAS system.
Results: Successfully integrated and commissioned carrier equipment, enhancing network coverage and performance in one of the busiest areas in NYC.

Bush International Airport
Objective: Increase Carrier’s coverage within the airport to support the influx of visitors.
Scope: Coverage at three airport terminals and underground walkways.
Timeframe: 23 Days.
Results: Installed 45.2 miles of RFS Technologies HYBRIFLEX® hybrid cables, single-mode fiber, power and ground wires, and RF cables into 28.4 miles of conduit. Additional tasks included core drilling, installation of OVP solutions, antennas, radios, power sub-stations, DC power systems, cabinets, and rack-mount equipment.
DC Power Systems
Overview: RFS Technologies has completed complex power and battery backup projects at major MSO and Datacenter locations, handling everything from battery swaps to full power systems installations. Responsibilities include AC/DC breakers, BDFBs, rectifiers, DC cabling, AC conduit, equipment rack installations, and device installation, wiring, testing, and turn-up.

Turnkey DAS – Prison Systems
Overview: RFS Technologies has designed and deployed several DAS systems in Federal and County Prisons throughout the US, covering all commercial carriers’ spectrum.
Scope: Site survey, RF design, deployment, equipment turn-up.
Challenges Met: Designed and deployed a system that provided superior carrier signals while ensuring devices would be serviced by the prison network. The system had to navigate thick reinforced walls, ceilings, and floors, requiring expert RF planning and design for proper performance and security.
